MODERN BIOPHILIC BAUHAUS
PROPERTY
ESTATE HOME
Located in a private enclave of custom, modernist residences, this address captures the essence of modern living. BOSS Architecture designed the spec home, which is a blend of Bauhaus-inspired simplicity, a strong connection of the interior to the exterior, and textural finishes like Italian brick and Accoya wood repeated throughout. Additions of a custom bed wall and pendant lighting in the master bedroom, a banquette with dramatic wall covering connecting the lower level bar and the wine cellar, and bespoke furniture highlighted with compelling artwork throughout turned it into a custom home we could be proud of.
Several pieces from our collaboration with Material Bespoke Stone + Tile as well as our own private label collection are sprinkled throughout the home. A designer’s own home is often our playground where we can explore new iterations and find unique one-of-a-kind vintage items to fill it. A significant shift happened in this process where the homeowners realized this would likely be their primary home. This home is the perfect example of life happening while you’re busy making plans.
